How the Trendsend styling experience works

When you sign up, you'll take a short quiz to give us an idea of your general day-to-day needs, body type, and what you're looking for from your wardrobe. After that, you'll work with a stylist or a small team of stylists; they may work together to send you the best box and curation possible, because more eyes equals more creativity! Trendsend stylists take lots of notes about each customer and those insights apply to every box. For example, if you don't like the color yellow, we'll remember that and skip any yellow items in your box.

Relationships are key to the Trendsend experience. Stylists treat every single box, from a once-a-month wardrobe refresh to an on-demand request, like a personalized visit to the fitting room. You'll get about seven to nine pieces, which can be mixed and matched into several outfits, and you can spend five days trying things on to see how they feel. During this time, you can also chat one-on-one with your stylist. Think of them more like a trusted friend you're shopping with! Ask questions, share concerns or feedback, and be honest—all of these insights help your team find you the best options possible! Like we always say, our stylists love clothes and fashion, but they love people more.
